Angel 3.0 Day 20 total Fast

I’m getting excited! Today is Day 20 and I’m 162.4. I’ve lost 22 lbs. I’m getting SO close to seeing the 150’s on my scale! Goal: 150. Yay!!! And let me make it clear - my Coach had no idea I was going to take his mental training and apply it to my weight loss. That was MY idea. All of this, except the mental techniques he taught me, was MY idea. So if it doesn't work then that is on ME. xo (So far I've lost 22 lbs. in 20 days, seems to be working pretty good if you ask me, plus my body has the nutrients it needs.)

Well, I hit and now passed my 20 lb. weight loss marker as of today. Yesterday I was 165.2. Today I am 163.8. This is Day 18 of total fast, only liquids (and the fruit, veggie, herbs, minerals supplements I've already described below in previous posts.) I started at 184.4. I've been writing that this is due to the training by new Coach that I've also been posting about, just scroll. My final goal is 150, toned, and maintained. Wow. Yay! xo …the next day, Day 19 of fast 163.6. Day 20 162.4.

This is what I looked like the day I hit 20 lbs. May 29, 2025. I'm now at 22 lbs. lost on Day 20 of total Fasting.



This guy I added recently and don't really know is a Weight Loss Coach and he commented on my Facebook page on my post. At first, he said, "That's Awesome!" Then, I wrote back this:


Angel: "You’re a Coach! I’m doing it with my mind primarily. I focused my intent on 184.4 to 150. I said it out loud. I repeat saying it every day. I keep my desire high. I drink water, tea, and coffee as desired. I use a resistance band as feels good. I swing my arms side to side, out in circles, stretch towards the ceiling. I put my feet in the band and pull. Not overly, less than 20 min. total but through the day. I don’t take weight loss pills or shots. My body is pure and natural, no vaccines in 40 years, no C_vid shots, never drugs, never smoked. Natural. I drink Zen 9.5 ph vapor distilled alkaline water but also tap water because the Zen is expensive. I take fruit, veggies, minerals, vitamins, and herbs as my body tells me it wants. A few other things like that but sparingly. I take a day off to let my body rest, but zero food for 20 days. Mostly it is the training of my mind my Coach Tristan Cabida taught me. Thanks!


Then he wrote back a discouraging comment that "yeah I don’t agree with the 20 days with zero food. Yeah it’s great for losing weight fast, but won’t be sustainable. Good luck with everything! Proud of your progress so far." When I went to his page I read a post describing he did this same thing over a period of 4 months and charged $10,000. for it. I bet he DOESN'T "recommend it."


What I am saying is that this is MENTAL. I became worried after he said that. I went back and changed my initial post and added that my Coach had no idea I was going to take his MENTAL techniques and use them for weight loss. This was entirely MY idea. But it sure seems to be working for me, 22 lbs. in 20 days of total fasting. I'm giving my body the nutrition it needs. I had previously, a while back, read a lady's website saying she did this same thing with whatever nutrients she was selling or using. She had done it a LOT longer than I have, I want to say 6 months, maybe not, but a LONG time. She was fine.


I actually think that clearing your body totally of food gets rid of a LOT of toxins. I think that our FOOD now has toxins in it. So, it makes perfect sense to me that getting rid of toxins allows your body to respond in wonderful ways.


He's right 150 lbs. from 184.4 was a HUGE goal. I probably made my goal to hard. But I'm doing it. He really put a damper on my MOOD. It is imperative that you keep your MOOD HIGH, your DESIRES high, your INTENT high, and your GOAL clear. I told the Universe I wanted it to do it (God's natural physical laws) as FAST as possible.


Now, I have to get his MOOD out of my body and spirit. xo
