Angel 3.0 Intro for New Friends

Intro for New Friends: I've had a new Empowerment/Ascension Coach for 7 weeks now, who is also a personal fitness and nutrition trainer. If you scroll my page you'll see him. He's gorgeous. I think that's half of my motivation. But the other half is he is just SO knowledgeable about his field. He is teaching me spiritual methods and ideas of how to tap into God's Natural Spiritual Laws and God's Natural Physical Laws that I never knew existed. I had already been researching this for the past 2 years before I recently found him and we got together as a team to continue this exploration and document it. He makes videos, I write stories, and he puts my Testimonials on his Instagram as we go.

I've spent my lifetime following Jesus and following God and since 1985 I've focused on documenting that walk and what happens because it has been nothing but supernatural and incredible. Jesus taught us to love Others and put Others FIRST. So I've tried my best to do that. As a result I left out HALF of the equation. The other SECOND half is to focus on yourself. I'm an infant at that. So my coach (Tristan Cabida, known as "Hollywood_T" on Instagram with 44,000 followers in less than a year) is personally walking with me (yes, of course I pay him, it's what he does) and teaching me new skills.

He gave me permission to write about our journey. So I call him, "Silverblack," (for his long black hair with natural silver highlights, um yes, I'm crazy about him) and I have created a fantasy mythological character out of him for our short-stories. He started off telling me to create Angel.2.0 and I wrote from Day One, our stories. Then he said I'd advanced enough to create Angel 3.0 so that's what I'm calling our stories now.

HE is the REASON why I've lost 20 lbs. in the past 17 days. It is MENTAL. He taught me mental methods to use and I applied them to losing weight, unknown to him, but he is watching me, fascinated. I think I was showing off for him and set my goal at 150 lbs. which is 14 more lbs. to go (I've now fasted 17 days, zero food, just liquids and fruit, veggies, minerals, & herbs supplements, basically, which was my own idea but based on what he had taught me.) I should have said my goal was 20 lbs. then I'd be finished today, lol. Then I also said I was going to lose 20 years. I was serious. I've read about it in a Tibetan book I have (stories on website.) It involves getting your chakras spinning again. I've been a Christian my entire life and have a Master of Divinity from a fundamental Christian University so chakras was not one of the words I was used to. Now, however, I'm sure they exist, and I'm sure that book is correct.

The point of my writing this is to let you know I use my page for my writing. There are 500 of my short-stories, all about my walk with God, free to read on my website. It is listed under my profile picture. I added about 3 dozen lost friends I refound, today. So when I came here to write one of my stories I felt I needed to reintroduce what I do. I'm also doing it because (forgive me but I call this gorgeous guy "Silverblack," I'm a CREATIVE Non-fiction author) anyway, Silverblack told me to focus on ME. I don't seem to know how that works, hence stories about HIM, lol. But at least they are now Angel 3.0 and Silverblack. True stories, day by day from my walk with God, non-stop since 1985. My books are on my website. Anyway, WELCOME, and GLAD you are here!

I often turn my posts into my short-stories. A lot of you are friends with friends of mine whom I've featured in my previous work for several years. Those stories and videos include ongoing sagas with my Death Metal/Classic Rock Drummer Friend, Gabriel Lewandowski, in Orlando, my Outlaw Country Cowboy friend, Andy Armendariz, here in Central Texas, and my Hollywood Hall of Fame Sylvester Stallone's stunt double for 25 years including the Rambo's and Rocky's friend, Mark DeAlessandro. I also throw in stories of my Actress friend and my best friend, Gigi Erneta, who lives here in Texas. I frequently write about my 7 year old granddaughter, Laileigh, who often goes on my adventures with me. I have a 1993 white Conversion van, "Swan," I LOVE and I restored (don't buy one unless you want to pay triple what it cost to restore it, mine was $6500, figure it out, lol) as our campervan and to go on our adventures in.

Swan comes in handy at Andy's ranch and events (right now he hosts Cowboy Camps all over.) Mark says, "Angel, get a NEW car so you and Lai can drive to my events safely," (he's trained her since she was 4 months old) and Gabriel says, "Let's go rent a Harley Davidson while I'm in town," which we have, and which we filmed. I fly Gabe here for stories and videos; I've been a Content Creator and Producer at Austin Public Television sponsored by the Austin Film Society and the City of Austin since 2014. Gabe has been my Co-Producer, almost that entire time, as I documented Austin "Live Music Capital of the World" local professional musicians and venues (because he's so good.) My Cowboy friend, Andy Armendariz, was the original inspiration, because of all the "Texas" things he's always doing. He also LOVES to play guitar and sing Country songs (REAL Country Music) and he BUILT, yes, his friends and him, a Saloon for all his Musician friends on his ranch. I've filmed LOTS of THAT. He has a beautiful voice, and is gorgeous, and drives all the ladies wild.

My show, "Texas Tales from a Lone Star" is scheduled to run for the next 4 months throughout Central Texas and online, beginning next week.) It will be on Channel 16 at 8 pm plus online just look it up. Mark: "Angel, when are you going to work for PBS? You NEED to work for PBS." (I'm working on it, Mark.) Gigi and I helped arrange for the Discovery Channel to film our friend, Mickey Redwine, for "Blue Collar Millionaires." I wish Gabe would drive his yellow Corvette here (wouldn't THAT be cool!) but he keeps that thing parked and saving miles. Gabe DID spend quite a while drumming for Lynyrd Skynyrd/Molly Hatchet related Jacksonville, Florida musicians and I got some of THOSE stories.

I have a yellow Corvette in my first novelette, "Island," which introduces my story from 1985-2009, "Chapelgate, a Spiritual Memoir." I'm pretty sure Gabe bought HIS for that reason. We've been friends since 2001, back in my Orlando days. He has a cat named, "Angel." guess why. I love Gabe. I love all of my "characters," lol. I've filmed my friend, Andy Armendariz, non-stop since 2014. I have a lot of Mark DeAlessandro's Stunt workshops filmed, and him teaching Laileigh, plus Mark's friends.) I even have videos/stories of Gabe meeting Andy (Metal meets Country) and Mark at Andy's ranch. A French television company was filming Andy and guess who was immediately in the middle, helping, yeah, Mark. Mark had brought his photographer for the Texas Governor friend, and his photographer for National Geographic friend. I have a LOT of GREAT stuff! xo

Mark, Gigi, and I are in a private group of filmmakers and movers and shakers in the media and entertainment business. It is called "Dinner with Dreamers" and was founded by our friends Kyle and his brother Kenny Saylors of Saylors Brothers Entertainment. We go to a lot of their events, including their cruise last year and to events at the Johnny Cash Hideaway Farm near Nashville. I took Laileigh with me (Lai) earlier this year to the 10th Anniversary Dinner with Dreamers event there. You can scroll my page or look in my photo albums or go to my website and see them. P.S. Oh, and I also write about Bigfoot. And Werewolves. I'm not kidding. I call those true stories "Angel Creek" named after my Ozarks off-grid land where I was introduced to this subject. It actually ties into chakras, which is why God probably threw me this curve ball, so I'd figure it out. I did. xo
