Angel 5.0 & Silverblack: SURELY it will be in the 150s TOMORROW!!!

This morning... 184.4 to 151.4 = 33 lbs. Aug 15 will be 3 months

Did 1000 steps today again (yesterday was the first time ever)

5 hours later...

Just did another 1000, SO 2000 today. This makes 18 days in a ROW with NO FOOD, just liquids and nutrients. SURELY it will be in the 150s tomorrow. GOAL: 150, toned, and maintained in the 150s from here on out. I can go lower (not a goal) but never out of the 150s.

This has taken almost 3 months, starting over from scratch twice, and now 3000 steps for the first time to get here. Plus all sorts of vitamins, minerals, healthy water, I've listed it all before and it's in the stories on my website. Most of all it took a gorgeous, knowledgeable, and patient Coach to walk with me daily and encourage me to keep going. Just observing him and what he has done with himself, his body, mind, spirit, dedication, drive, inspired me. He also let me write my stories, "Angel 5.0 & Silverblack," which helps me tremendously, and hopefully will help others, later down the line. He trained my mind, my will, my desire, my INTENTIONS. He steered me into steps yesterday when I had been stuck at 152.4 for the past few days (I wrote a story, below, scroll) And he told me to keep my nutrients up, I showed him what I was taking (never diet stuff), like good 9.5 ph. alkaline vapor distilled water (Mark helped too, thanks Mark) fruit essences, veggie essences, some kind of Himalayan essence I call tar, they scrape it off rocks at the tip top of the mountains, copper, magnesium, really good vitamins, Collagen and Protein (to keep my muscle mass up), and exercising with a blue stretch band every day. SURELY it will be in the 150s TOMORROW!!!

My good Zen water I love was going to take 3 weeks to get here so I tried an Oxygen water and it arrived today. My body seems to LOVE it. It costs more and has smaller bottles, but it will do until my Zen can arrive. It's called NanoFit Water.
