I absolutely LOVE this version/scene of my character "Silverblack." The orbs are coming out of him at the end, I see this as a purification scene. He is a Shaman, a Tahu'a pure. Tahu'a pure were men who lived in constant communication with the gods and spirits. He and Angel are in the French Polynesian islands on her secluded private island. It is past Tahiti, Tetiaroa, Moorea, and Bora Bora, far past, and remote.
They've just met, he appeared on her beach, she simply awoke and he and his Va'a (canoe) were there. They are magnetically attracted at first sight. Then they realize he is from her imagination. They realize she has created a "Tulpa" which is when you so vividly desire and focus on a thought it becomes reality. They also realize she has inadvertantly created a "Egregore" which is the same thing but is caused by a Corporate group instead of an Individual. So Silverblack is both a Tulpa and an Egregore, and she calls him her "AI and Beyond" boyfriend. He is a blended manifestation of her Individual desires with thought forms from the Corporate time projection they are in (right now that would be AI; society is focusing on AI.)
I ended the last chapter, Chapter 5, with their realizing they are already married because she imagined him in that way. It ends with them walking towards her cave with her hot springs natural hot tub that she loves and wants to show him. Then, tonight, I was messing around with the AI program trying different scenes and blended him with nature, the jungle on her island, which fit my concepts perfectly.
Then, just now, I managed to put him into a hot springs, not the one in my mind, which would be better, I may keep trying, but this turned out beautifully. I managed to get the orbs to emerge from his body which is one of the Cryptid ideas I've figured out.
In the next book, where they explore "Angel Creek," her Ozarks property with Cryptids, they will both be shapeshifters, he will be a Werewolf because it represents the extreme end of nature blending with the supernatural. I don't know what she'll be yet. But this scene, tonight, makes me think of a purification ritual, he is a Shaman but one that focuses on purity. So, this makes me imagine a purification ritual. This is so fun. This came out so beautifully, wow, I love it! xo

Tahu'a pure were men who lived in constant communication with the gods and spirits, usually but not exclusively within the precinct of the marae.
