💕 Today’s interest… reading my books, listening to rain, on Daniel 9 retranslating (stories on website), these are some of my AI tries to illustrate my book “Island” which opens my “The Chapelgate Adventure Series,” and closes it with “Angel 7.0 & Silverblack.” I’m writing “PhD Master Library” right now (story on this page, scroll down).

Just did 1500 small body movement exercises, this makes over 3 months and that’s my daily minimum for maintaining my new body. 186 March 7 to 168 today. My goal to hit 170 then stay in the 170s has been accomplished and maintained over 2 weeks now. I am now aiming for 160-165 as normal.

The small exercises on my bed as I make my dozen daily cups of coffee have become so natural now that when I hear the microwave my body automatically goes into my exercise routine of 500 three times. I missed yesterday so made myself do it at 3 am before I went to sleep.

Paul’s in France and I’ve noticed he’s using his music platform for God in several posts. Tristan is in Canada and he’s using his videos not just for Self Empowerment but for God also. I’m proud of them. Gypsy stays in touch and will release “Grandad’s Garage” (on my page, scroll) tomorrow. He’s then headed towards Kentucky on tour with his songs and stays on fire for God. Mark wants Lai and I to drive to Dallas for a stunt lesson for her, year 8 now. I found a new Spa place for us I want to try. Gabe wants to bring a musician friend to Austin and I said I’d film them if so. Andy was building horse corrals on his ranch last I checked. I took Lai to his May Cowboy Camp and filmed him as well as Billy. Many of my TV episodes are in my photos/videos section on this page plus my website. I also write about my Kentucky horse trainer friend Kelso, go find his page, you’ll see him standing with a foot each on two horse’s backs. Gigi is off saving the World and checks in for mutual support, “Guess what God just did…” Matt is busy with his lovely new children’s book he wrote. These are some of my amazing friends I write about with the goal of my creating windows into people’s lives who focus on God and the entertwining paths God has us on.
