The only thing I’ve eaten today is a 1/3rd bag of potato chips. Same yesterday. I’m expecting great things on my bathroom scales in the morning. I’m hoping they will dip below 175. Today, I’d lost almost 10 lbs. 185 to 175.8. Normally I lose .4 per day. But yesterday and today I tripled my small movement exercises I do. Last March 7 I began this 2nd try. I wrote a story about telling myself to do my 300 steps, something I learned from my previous private coach (he mentioned raising my daily steps to 1000 and I nearly fainted in shock because he was assuming I did more than the zero I always did.) Yes, him. The one I wrote a book about. SO today I did my 1500 small movements which I’ve graduated to now AND then ANOTHER extra 1500 and then ANOTHER 750. For the curious I spin my arms 100 times forwards, then backwards, stretch, steps, twists, leg lifts, counting to 100 and then repeating. Over and over. SO yes I’m getting to the goal now: toned and maintained in the 170s. Yes I starve a lot but I also take a lot of nutrients. Here’s some pics. xo

PSS Yes that’s my natural hair color (not the pink haze) & style and yes that’s my real eye color. Just sayin’ lol. xo
