Neighbor-proofing, Zombie-proofing, Werewolf-proofing "Angel Creek" ...while ordering missing wheelbarrow handles

Today I am cut-and-pasting all of my short-stories from my website to my Word Processor so I can eventually turn it all into a new book(s). My goal, yesterday, was 50 short-stories per day for 10 days because I have close to 500. Maybe I'll just put all of them into a book, like I did last time, which will mean I have two 800 page books. At least they will match. This second I'm on number 141. I was going to stop at 100 today but I just kept going. I'm starting to see double.

Meanwhile, I just caught up with a friend's posts who is traveling. Sometimes I think people must find me unbearable. But if you could just see what I can see you'd know that my own life is just pretty moderate. I can barely stand to look at his because I just don't have that level of energy. I've written about this before, it's one of the stories I just cut-and-pasted into my new folder. He's off from South America to France on a cruise with his lovely new bride, wonderful, inspiring people, and posting as they go. The only other friend I have who can even come close to comparing isn't even a friend, it's someone I follow and love. HE's posting his current shots of glaciers and Antarctica, I just checked. So see, 500 short-stories is wonderful but look at who I'm seeing in MY news feed. You just have to do your own thing and keep going.

Yesterday, I was very upset at Amazon because I ordered a new wheelbarrow for the guy who is building my fence at "Angel Creek." We made it part of his payment for the fence. It arrived at his house, 650 miles from me, without the two handles. He was upset, I was upset and I'm sure about 5 Amazon employees and Fed Ex employees were upset as well. Sometimes you just take the loss and find the fastest solution, I simply ordered two new handles. Now Amazon and Fed Ex and the original company who shipped us a handleless wheelbarrow can do whatever it is they do, which is not solving any problems they cause. I solved it. It puts us a week behind, which is aggravating. I REALLY wanted my new fence DONE.

Then, there's the neighbor who called me, next door to "Angel Creek" to inform me our "boundary" markers were two feet on his property. They aren't. I sent him my plat with the measurements and assured him we knew what we are doing. He calmed down, but spent an hour telling me what incredibly HORRIBLE and I do mean horrible neighbors we have. I did not want to hear that. I believe him. So I assured HIM that Bigfoot not only exist but they built an asterisk for me, beside my blue cabin, and that it means "Jesus" and "Righteousness." Then I prayed for God to tell my Bigfoot they had my permission to solve whatever horrible problems were being caused by the horrible neighbors. I'm talking HORRIBLE. I assured my neighbor help was on the way. HE had prayed for God to strike them dead but relented and settled for God striking two of their goats dead and informed me God had complied. The neighbors reported two dead goats. Seriously, folks, they are RUINING my fantasy about my lovely off-grid land.

So, THEN, yesterday, I spent hours upon hours trying to figure out how to SECURE my property so that I could go back to my fantasy, assured that all is lovely in off-grid Ozark land. I googled SO many things and watched SO many videos. All went into my Amazon "Wish List" for future ease of problem solving. I now know what you can put in blue shed/cabin walls to stop several different levels of bullets (seriously). I figured out how to cover your yard (to keep neighbors out) which was already a problem because Werewolves love to get on your roof. Bigfoot simply look over your roof, (and all three look in your windows) some get to 26 feet tall, I'm seriously NOT kidding, you should re-look at some of my original structures they have built on my land - HUGE. SO, I was googling how to "Zombie Proof" your house, yard, car, van actually, balconies and garages (so you aren't exposed walking from van to cabin) and how to make Safe Rooms DIY.

No wonder I have 500 short-stories to cut-and-paste. Seriously.
