New Guy at Angel Creek

This is today’s message to the new guy:

Angel: “Ok enough. I need someone who COMMUNICATES. This silence does not work for me. I offered you $blank$ to go brush hog my front yard for 2 hours. You said yes. Now silence. If you want to do it tell me WHEN and I’ll figure out how to get $blank$ to you. You have all my info and I do not normally tell anyone where my land is because I live in Texas and don’t want people knowing. If you do not want to do it then SAY that so I can go find someone else who advertises they brush hog land.”

New guy: “I’m not entirely sure on a date yet. I’ve got to talk to my step dad about that, me and him do it together. You’ve got to understand people have stuff to do as well I can’t just stop dealing with my job to take care of this, it was way too busy yesterday and then when I got home it was too late to respond. Then I tell you that I have to talk to my step dad because he’s the one that deals with money and dates and all that stuff.”

Angel: “Ok then next is I use $blank$ because I live in Texas. SO I will need you to set up an account to receive my money. I often pay first so people know I’m legit. If you can’t or don’t want to do $blank$ then I’ll have to mail you a money order. Reading… ok that’s fine just tell him this part. I will need a $blank$ name to send you money. For example mine is $BlankBlank$. I can prove I handle my land like that with previous screenshots.

Then, last, I ask my workers to take a couple dozen Before & After photos on their camera. The photos belong to me. I don’t want my land advertised. I am a Writer and write stories about developing my offgrid land. So my stories are mine too.

Last, I have weird creatures I think are there and I write about them. It’s not fair not to tell my workers that so I do. I have not seen them with my eyes. They don’t bother the neighbors. But I have footprints and find them in my photos which belong to me. I call them Bigfoot etc. So I also keep my land location and control of the pics/stories to protect my land. If all that is ok then I will finish this deal.

Once we work together successfully once and are happy then I will continually offer work. So I will give you until Wednesday to say yes or no with the info I need to pay you. At the end of Wednesday Sept 9 if no answer then the deal is off and I’ll find someone else. I do understand. So this is the best I can do. Thanks.”

And that’s how I develop my Ozarks land from Texas, and wind up with photos/videos, and my Angel Creek stories. xo
