Not by Might, Not by Power...Texas floods

Like I said, earlier today, "Don't Mess with Texas." Period. We are covered by GOD. So I simply posted, as one lone individual, that the Texas floods were not natural. Then, I sent that post to a handful of friends. MY friends have been carefully selected since the day I got on Facebook. MY friends know God. I grew up in Tennessee and I'm friends with people from Tennessee. I've always called myself a "Tennessee-Texan." SO when I made that lone, simple post, sent it to a handful of what really boils down to as God's Army, co-Warriors, then ONE of those Tennessee friends of mine, already hot on this same trail, was able to send back to me, within mere hours, THIS. See, people, THIS is how it works. We don't need tons of MONEY. We don't need tons of MEDIA. We need our SPIRITS focused on our GOD. David's little sling. Watch Goliath fall. They are doing it all on purpose to us, the Deep State intelligence agencies all the way to the UN and foundational money Earth powers BECAUSE they do this to SHAPE the Chaos in the direction they want their narrative to go. It has zero to do with any natural storms... They use a bunch of different techniques. Seeding is just baby step number one. They plan it all out ahead of time down to the time and date for black magic power. They have the towers set up all across the nation to steer the atmosphere. they release the water from different dams at different times. An entire HOST of techniques. They have the media set up to misguide the public and steer public opinion. It is the same people doing it that did this:
So to figure out WHO and HOW just start with the book I just posted and start tracing it back, especially trace the money and power game (it will then start linking in to Black Magic rituals, and timing). Here is what the book says, ignore the last paragraph, they only keep that part to try to cover themselves: Several US government agencies are involved in national security, each with specific roles and responsibilities.
