💕 Today’s interest… trying to decide whether or not to go get my $20. brake hose I told them to order anyway when I told them no I was not paying them $569. to put it on. Sometimes I hate the world…

… Just got my brake hose, and door handle, and coolant plastic overflow. $88. Now what? I’m thinking go back later this week and let them change the door handle, did it before, 5 minutes and the non-fitting plastic overflow cause they said they could fix it so it works. I love my vintage van, haven’t driven anything else since 1988 and I’ve had 4 now. But I’ve paid $10-15k just fixing it up to run like its supposed to. Paid $7k. The doorman guy at Paul’s C-Boys gigs asked me if I’d take $12k right then and there. I said that would cost me $10k so no but glad he likes it. It’s like having your own tiny house with you all the time. I love it. xo
