Our Bodies, Our Universe

Today’s interest… I finished the Animal Magic book. When I finish one it has my writing all over it marking out false ideas, marking good ones, connecting it to my web of insights. I write the date I finished on the back inside cover and sign it. I jot down my review. I gave that one a 60 out of 100.

Now I’m connecting the dots as to WHY occult beliefs are warned about in scripture. Idolatry. Putting your faith, belief, effort, intent, and worship in animals, magic, and divinities is idolatry, what God hates the most. Our focus is to be unendingly focused on Him and our magic book is his Bible and his Word in Creation.

For example: “shadow work.” No, we do NOT merely accept any evil we find in our hidden self/subconscious. We root it out. We repent. We obey God’s laws. We get rid of it. See? Very different philosophies. This next book I hope will give me insight into how our bodies mirror the universe…
