Tibet Holy men can generate fiery heat

Today’s interest… I’m on page 141 of 199 in my Tibet book I’m reading. I had to stop and share this beautiful poem. The author is discussing how the holy men keep warm when exposed to severe cold while virtually naked. It has to do with breathing, long practice, and visualization. This poem was written by a Tibet holy man about this experience. Magnificent book. xo
