Yesterday my 7 year old granddaughter and my grown daughter were in my room. Lai went over to my window and got this picture. This picture sat on my dad's bookcase by his desk at work for many years until he retired. Lai took the picture over to me, holding it. She looked at the picture. She looked at me. She looked at the picture.

Lai: "How long ago was this picture taken?"

Angel (to Skye): "How old were you when so and so got married?"

Skye: "Ten."

Angel to Lai: "Twenty years ago."

Lai looked at the picture, looked at me, looked at her mom, showed the picture to her mom, then said, "She looks the same."

Skye: "I know."
